Moving from outsourced disposal to source reduction #
Industrial waste liquids have traditionally been sent for off-site disposal. Stricter environmental regulations and rising costs are pushing companies toward source reduction and resource recovery. Yuan Chang combines heat-pump technology with vacuum evaporation to vaporize water at low temperature and pressure, then condense it for recovery, reducing waste volume and downstream treatment pressure.

Functions #
- Automatically draws in cutting fluids, electroplating solutions, cleaning wastewater, and other industrial waste liquids for low-temperature evaporation.
- Discharges concentrated waste to a temporary tank for solid-liquid separation and volume reduction.
- Condenses evaporated water vapor for reuse as reclaimed water.
- Can be paired with membrane filtration to improve reclaimed-water quality and reduce total discharge.
- Fully automatic PLC control with unattended operation.
Product features #
- High-efficiency scroll refrigerant compressor and water-sealed vacuum pump for energy savings.
- Vacuum evaporation lowers the boiling point, enabling low-temperature evaporation and helping prevent scaling.
- SUS304 and carbon steel construction for corrosion resistance.
- Automatic drainage and self-cleaning for easy maintenance.
- Small footprint and simple operation for small and medium factories.
- Customizable model and capacity.
